POLICIES & FEE SCHEDULE
Reservations - Advanced reservations are appreciated. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-953-1270. We will gladly provide
an initial consultation to customize a package that works best for you. Corporate discounts are available.
Payment - Payments are due in full prior to each service. Weddings and proms are to be paid in full 7 days prior to any event.
Reservations made for airport pick ups and drop offs are charged at the time of your reservation unless you have a corporate
account. All payments can be made by cash, check (10 day lead time), Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover. All
reservations must have a credit card number on file, even if paying by cash or check. Please contact us to establish a corporate
account.
Deposits - A valid credit card number is required for all reservations. Deposits are required for all services. Deposits are
non-refundable and can be applied to future use. Cash can be paid at the time of service and must be paid at the beginning of the trip.
Any overtime will be collected at the time the overtime begins or will be charged to the credit card on file.
Gratuities - Gratuity is not included in our pricing. Customary gratuity is 20% of the trip fare. Gratuity may be added to the credit
card or paid in cash directly to the chauffeur. All gratuity goes to the chauffeur for excellent service.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will be charged a Scheduling fee of $25. No-shows and/or
cancellations after scheduled vehicle departure will be charged full fare including gratuity and any applicable wait time by the chauffeur.
Snow Storm Procedures
Shuttle In Style Limousine Service will make every attempt to provide service during severe weather events. Shuttle In Style will not
be held liable for service cancellations due to weather.
Smoking is prohibited by law in all vehicles and grounds for early termination of trip with no refund. There is a $200 fee for
extraordinary cleanup.
